O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri T.V.Jaggi Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant/husband, states that he has been instructed to withdraw this appeal filed against the refusal by the Family Court, Vizianagaram, to grant a divorce under Section 13(i)(ia)(ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
