THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.29125 of 2009 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Petitioner complains against the action of the respondents in not paying the honorarium to petitioner on appointment by considering his representation dated 09.11.2009 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

3. On 20.04.2010, this Court passed the following interim order: "The respondents are directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.11.2009, purported to have been made by the petitioner, within a period of four

(4) weeks from today."

4. Having regard to the interim order granted on 20.04.2010, no further order is necessary.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
