HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.7089 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the action of the official respondents in not preventing respondents Nos.4 and 5 from carrying out illegal constructions, in spite of his representation. When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation submitted that the 2nd respondent has already demolished the stair case, which was constructed by the unofficial respondents contrary to the sanctioned plan. In reply, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that sun shades of the building of respondents Nos.4 and 5 are projected towards the building of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the official respondents have already taken steps as sought by the petitioner. If the petitioner has any grievance as to the projection of sun shades, it is left open to him to approach the competent Civil Court to seek his remedy.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ________________ RAJA ELANGO, J Date: 17th January, 2017 Nn
