THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2376 OF 2018 ORDER:

Petitioner-party in person filed this Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, without there being any impugned order. It is needless to say that no revision lies without any impugned order.

At the time of arguments, the petitioner submitted that he filed I.A.No.156 of 2018 in O.S.No.907 of 2016 before the trial court. The only relief sought by the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.156 of 2018.

Having regard to the submission made by the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the learned IV Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to dispose of the I.A.No.156 of 2018 in O.S.No.907 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
