During hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 represented that in view of the One Time Settlement Scheme, the petitioner has paid the entire amount and nothing is to be paid by the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition and, hence, it is dismissed as having become infructuous.
