The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has given a complaint on 06.01.2014, to respondent No.2 against the respondent Nos.3 and 4 alleging that they have dug a borewell in Government Poramboke land and selling water for commercial purposes, that the said bore-well was dug at a distance of 15 meters from the petitioner's bore-well located in Sy.No.14/2 of Kasimireddi Cheruvu, Diguvapalli Revenue Village, Chowdapalli Mandal, Chittoor District, but 2nd respondent has not taken any action.

Government Pleader Revenue appearing for respondents 1 and 2 states that she has not received any instructions in the matter.

Though the writ petition has been filed in 2014 and almost 3 years have elapsed since then, it is unfortunate that the respondent No.2 has not given any instructions to the Government Pleader for Revenue.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to take action pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dt.06.01.2014 against the respondents 3 and 4 within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this

order and communication the action taken by him to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
