This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.243 of 2014 on the file of Karimnagar II Town Police Station, Karimnagar District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the case was compromised in Lo-Adalat on 25.09.2014 and prayed to dismiss the petition. Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
