This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in seeking to interfere with the occupation and peaceful enjoyment of the petitioners over the property land to an extent of Acs.0.01 guntas in survey No.87, Acs.0.12 guntas in survey No.88/2 and Acs.1.21 1/2 guntas in survey No.89/2, thus total admeasuring Acs.1.34 1/2 guntas situated at Serilingampally Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Learned Government produced before this Court the written instructions stating as follows.

"It is respectfully submitted that as per the records, the facts of the case are as follows:- I respectfully submit that on 31.01.2017 Sri R.Dayananda Reddy, S/o Satyanarayana Reddy, aged 40 years, Occ: Advocate, R/o Singampally, Hyderabad, filed a complaint alleging that the accused Venkat Reddy, L.Satyanarayana Reddy, L.Sugunamma, L.Lalithamma, Ramesh Reddy L.Vijay, L.Praveen Reddy, L.Naveen Reddy, All R/o 1-8, Sherilingampally Village and Mandal, RR District, created double registered documents of the land in Sy.No.88/2 and 89/2 and 87 and trying to trespass into his plots in Sy.No.88/1, 89/1 for which a case in Cr.No.55/2017, u/s 420, 447 IPC was registered and took up investigation and it is under investigation for collection of evidence and records. Further I submit that on 02.02.2017, Sri L.Praveen Reddy, S/o L.

Narsimha Reddy, R/o H.No.1-9, Lingampally Village, who is son of petitioner herein that his elder father Venkat Reddy, his father had open land in Sy.Nos.88/2, 89/2 and 87 and constructed compound wall with iron sheets. One Ram Mohan Roy, Dayananda Reddy, Muralidhar and others criminally trespassed into the said land with unrelated documents threatened them to settle the matter. While so on the intervening night of 1/2.02.2017 in the midnight they criminally trespassed into the land with JCB and dismantled the structures which recorded in CC Cameras and another counter case vide Cr.No.58/2017, u/s 447, 427, 506 IPC was registered and took up investigation.

In view of the same, no orders are necessary in this writ petition in favour of the petitioners as the investigation is under progress. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
