ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter dated 19.12.2017 addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Nampally Police Station, Nalgonda District, wherein it is asserted that C.C.No.285 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Devarakonda, was ended in acquittal on 10.09.2017 and the same is recorded. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
