ORDER:

Petitioner filed a representation dated 12.11.2014 before the Tahsildar, Chandragiri Mandal, requesting to implement the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer in file No.Roc.G/1601/2013 dated 11.05.2013.

2. The aforesaid representation is in continuation of earlier representations of the petitioner in July 2013, November 2013 and February 2014. The Tahsildar appears to have sought for reports from the Village Revenue Officer and Revenue Inspector but thereafter no further action is taken.

3. As directed by this Court, learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which, inter alia, state that the petitioner representation dated 12.11.2014 is pending and that no appeal or revision is filed against the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 11.05.2013, referred to above.

4. In view of that, therefore, it is appropriate to direct the third respondent/Tahsildar to take necessary action on the representations of the petitioner as early as possible, preferably, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ VILAS V.
