Sri Unnam Muralidhar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy by the individuals, who claimed to own plots on which the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited has established the retail outlet in Plot Nos.5, 6, 7, 62, 63 and 64 situated in Survey Nos.247 to 250 of Bowrampet Village, Dundigal Municipality, Medchal-Malkajgiri District.
