Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

2. The petitioner claims that he has entered into an agreement to purchase 3030 sq. yds., of land bearing Plot Nos. 132, 133 & 134 in Sy. No.11/31 of Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District from M/s.Genius Constructions, who purchased the property in a bank auction, and the sale certificate issued in his favour was registered by the Registering Authority on 02.05.2019. Later the Registering Authority is refusing to furnish the market value enabling him to present the documents for registration.

3. Taking into account the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Registering Authority to furnish the market value of the subject property to the petitioner and if the deed of conveyance is presented for registration along with stamp duty and registration charges by the petitioner, the Registering Authority shall receive and process the same.
