THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1660 of 2019 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed complaining inaction of the first respondent - Joint Collector, Yadadri Bhongir District, Bhongir, in passing orders either in the appeal or in the stay petition.

On 17.07.2019, this Court after considering the nature of grievance of the petitioner directed the first respondent to pass orders in the interim application filed by her in an un-numbered appeal.

Learned counsel now fairly submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order of this Court, the first respondent made an endorsement on 19.07.2019 rejecting the interim application. Inasmuch as the endorsement has already been made in the interim application, the same would give rise to a separate cause of action to the petitioner.

Hence, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the endorsement dated 19.07.2019 made by the first respondent, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.

CKR, J C.R.P.No.1660 of 2019 Office shall return the original endorsement dated 19.07.2019 to the petitioner forthwith.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
