Upon hearing both sides at the admission stage, the following order is passed:

2. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is still in progress.

3. Having regard to the fact that there is a prima facie accusation made in the F.I.R and investigation is in progress, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, investigation shall go on. However, the police of II Town Police Station, Tenali, Guntur District, are directed to strictly follow the procedure prescribed under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. during the course of investigation towards the petitioners/A.2 to A.6.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
