THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.8545 of 2001 ORDER:

This Petition is filed by the Writ Petitioner challenging the Award dt.8.12.1999 in I.D.No.228 of 1995 on the file of Industrial Tribunalcum-Labour Court, Warangal, in denying his continuity of service and back wages as a conductor in Manugur Depot of Khammam District. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the Petitioner is not-pressing the Writ Petition as it became infructuous due to the reason that subsequent to the Award the petitioner was taken into service and thereafter he was terminated from service on different grounds and the petitioner has not been evincing any interest in the present Writ Petition since long time.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
