Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of the counsel for both parties, the writ petition is disposed of.

2. The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the high handed action of the respondents in trying to evict the petitioner from the land admeasuring ac.4.00 guntas covered by S.No.127 of Torrur village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and also digging bore-well deeper to the bore wells in the petitioner's land, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents not to evict the petitioner from the land.

3. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record the instructions received by him wherein it is stated that the lands in Survey Nos.127 and 128 of Torrur village, Hayathnagar Mandal,

Ranga Reddy District are patta lands and the respondents herein have never interfered with the possession of the petitioner. In view of the above, the learned Government Pleader states that the threat expressed by the petitioner is only an imaginary one and there is no truth in it.

Having regard to the circumstances stated above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner in respect of the lands admeasuring Ac.4.00 guntas covered by S.No.127 of Torrur village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
