THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 14753 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed for the following relief; "....to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the 1st to 4th respondents not to entertain any kind of registrations and mutations without petitioner's consent over self acquired property situated in Sy.No.64/AA to an extent of Ac.3.00 and Ac.1.00 in Siddapur Village, Kothur Mandal, R.R.District (erstwhile Mahabubnagar District) which is possessed and maintained by way of registered gift deed dt.06.02.2013 by his biological children viz.

, 6th to 8th respondents when resorted to anybody by them on the ground that theyhave been failed to discharge their liability and responsibility under the provisionsof Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and consequently direct the 1st to 5th respondents to fix liability over the 6th to 8th respondents for Maintenance under Section 4 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 by taking into consideration Appeal No.B/1070/2019 and continue to pay till his life time and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case."

The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that he made application No.B/1070 of 2019 before the Revenue Divisional Officer & Member of Maintenance Tribunal at Shadnagar Division,

Rangareddy District, under Section 4(1) of the Telangana State Maintenance of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2001, and as the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed. It is not known why the Revenue Divisional Officer after entertaining the application of the petitioner and numbering the same, is not taking any action on the same In view of the same, the 9th respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner vide application No.B/1070 of 2019, dt.06.07.2019, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If need be the 9th respondents may also grant any interim order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
