When the matter was called on 3.11.2015 learned counsel for the petitioner was absent and there was no representation on his behalf. To give a chance, the matter was directed to be listed on 19.11.2015 under the caption "For Dismissal". Thereafter, the matter went on adjourned on seven occasions. Today, when the case is called learned counsel for the petitioner is absent and there is no representation on his behalf.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
