Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the directions issued by the Court in W.P.No.5683 of 2017, dated 08.03.2017, orders are passed rejecting the claim of the petitioners.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. It is open to the petitioners to work out their remedies, if they are aggrieved by the rejection of their claim.
