Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for respondents. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners, they submitted representations on 1.02.2013 and 19.03.2018, but no action has been taken.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any such representations are pending consideration before the respondent-authorities, the same will be verified and proper action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to verify the said representations, dated 01.02.2013 and 19.03.2018, and take appropriate action on the said representations, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
