THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.17199 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipalities appearing for the first respondent and Sri N. Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent, apart from perusing the material on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, four months' time may be granted to the petitioner for payment of the entire arrears in equal instalments.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, that the second respondent-Manchirial Municipality is agreeable for the same. Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, granting four months' time to the petitioner to pay the entire arrears in four equal monthly instalments, payable by 10th of every month, commencing from 10th August, 2018. However, it is made clear that, in the event of non-payment of any of the instalments, as indicated supra, it is open for the second respondent to take action as per law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
