THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9062 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused under Section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in Crime No.141 of 2015 on the file of Dachepalli Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 354-A and 506 IPC and 11 read with 12 of the POCSO Act. The allegation against the petitioner is that being a Teacher, he misbehaved with the girl students of Classes VI & VII in the School, where he is working. Since the allegations against the petitioner are so serious in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismsised.
