THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.22111 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for respondent No.1 and Sri A.Pandu Ranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3. With their consent, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2. The present Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer: "to issue a writ order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent not taking any action against the representation made by the petitioners on 12.05.2016 and 01.07.2016 is illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural Justice and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representations Dt. 12.05.2016 and 01.07.2016 by clearing the bills of the petitioners in respect of providing manpower for sanitation work to the 2nd respondent corporation."

3. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 01.07.2016 made by the petitioner.

4. Learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 submits that he has no objection for the same, provided the same is still pending consideration.

5. Having regard to the above, and without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the

2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 01.07.2016 made by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders thereon, as early as possible preferably within a period of ten (10) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to mention that the authorities shall give an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners before passing any orders on the representation. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR Date:08.07.2016 INL
