Sarvotham Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, circulated a letter, dated 25.11.2016, seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition, on the ground that it has become infructuous. He also seeks liberty to file a fresh writ petition. It appears that this is the second round of litigation. In the first round also, the petitioners withdrew a writ petition, after failing to comply with the conditional order. Hence, no liberty can be granted. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn without liberty. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
