THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C. BHANU CONTEMPT CASE No.978 OF 2014 ORDER:

This Contempt Case, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of order, dated 03.08.2012, in Writ Petition No.22856 of 2012 passed by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent stated that the order of this Court, dated 03.08.2012, has been complied with and charge sheet was filed on 11.02.2015, therefore no further orders are required to be passed in this Contempt Case.

3. Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
