- 2 - HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.941 OF 2019 ORDER :

While disposing of W.P.No.31424 of 2018 direction was issued to the appellate authority to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner on 08.03.2018 and to pass orders, as warranted by law, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 2.

Learned counsel representing Smt R.Padma Rekha, produced copy of the order passed by the appellate authority on 23.08.2019, reinstating the petitioner into service with a warning to be careful in future. Learned counsel also informs that pursuant to the said order, petitioner reported to duty on 01.09.2019 and is working.

In view thereof, the Contempt Case is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies, on any other issue concerning the service conditions. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
