THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.181 of 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the appeal, dated 15.04.2010, submitted by the petitioners against the orders of cancellation of assignment, dated 01.04.2010.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader submitted that no appeal is pending before the Office of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Narsipatnam Division, Visakhapatnam, and after cancellation of assignment, out of 101.00 cents of land, Ac.70.30 cents of land was resumed to Government. It is stated that the petitioners have violated the conditions of assignment.

In the circumstances, no relief can be granted in the present Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioners to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
