THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.12597 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Ramesh Babu holding for Mr.N.Aswartha Narayana for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents.

The petitioner complain against inaction of respondent No.4 in considering and taking steps as are deemed fit to conduct survey of the plot assigned to petitioner. For the said purpose, the petitioner has made online application and also submitted another application to respondents. Notwithstanding, timely steps taken by the petitioner, nothing is happening. Hence, the writ petition.

The petitioner admittedly is an assignee of a plot from the Government. The petitioner requests for survey and identification of plot assigned to her.

Hence, the petitioner is given liberty to resubmit application to 4th respondent within one week from today and on receipt of such application, the 4th respondent is directed to pass orders and complete survey. The said exercise shall be completed within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, however, by following the procedure stipulated by law.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
