This criminal petition is filed by petitioner - accused No.3, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.257 of 2015 of Pendurthy Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b), 25 and 27 of NDPS Act.

A perusal of the record discloses that the seized ganja is 410 kgs, which is more than the commercial quantity. Hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner - accused No.3.
