HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1499 of 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed aggrieved by non-disposal of I.A.No.425 of 2014, which was filed by the petitioner seeking temporary injunction in the suit filed by him in O.S.No.65 of 2014 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Adoni.

It is stated that the suit in O.S.No.65 of 2014 is filed for declaration of title and perpetual injunction. Though Interlocutory application in I.A.No.425 of 2014 was filed in the year 2014 and counter also filed by the respondents, the Court below has not disposed of the same without any reason. Interlocutory applications are filed in view of urgency.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court below is directed to dispose of the I.A.No.425 of 2014 in O.S.No.65 of 2014 on merits, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
