The Court made the following :

ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as the fair price shop dealer of T. Somalagudur village by supplying essential commodities to his shop.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

A perusal of the record shows that on 20-3-2009, this Court has granted interim direction as prayed for if the authorisation held by the petitioner is neither suspended nor cancelled. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) submitted that in pursuance of the said order, the petitioner is being continued as the fair price shop dealer.

In the light of this fact, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.7657 of 2009 is disposed of.
