When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners so also Sri G. Venkateshwarlu, learned Standing counsel for E.S.I. Corporation, that the issue in the present writ petition is covered by the common order of this Court, dated 06.10.2015, in W.P.No.6363 of 2009 and batch and a copy of the same is also placed on record.
