When the matter had come up on 03.08.2017, none appeared for the petitioners, and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter has come up, none appears for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
