HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 28150 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This Habeas Corpus writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking production of Miss. Hari Bhagya Laxmi stating that she has been illegally detained by respondent Nos.4 and 5. He claims that he married Hari Bhagya Laxmi on 25.08.2015 and on 27.08.2015 respondent Nos.4 and 5 took her away forcibly and since then she is in illegal detention. In view of the nature of allegations, we had directed learned Government Pleader to keep Miss. Hari Bhagya Laxmi present in the Court. Accordingly, she is present in the Court.

We interacted with her and she categorically stated that she would like to continue to stay with her parents and has no desire to go with the petitioner. In other words, she submits that she is living with her parents happily and as per her wish. She also stated that there is no pressure on her to say so in the Court. In the circumstances, we find no merit in the petition. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. _________________________ DILIP B. BHOSALE, ACJ
