THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.4893 OF 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent - Municipal Corporation in straight away sealing the cellular tower of the petitioner.

This Court by order dated 18.02.2013 directed the respondent - Municipal Corporation to release the tower from seizure.

3.

Learned standing counsel for the Municipal Corporation informs the Court that pursuant to the interim order, seizure was lifted and cellular tower is in operation.

In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
