instead of "C.C.No.370 of 2016 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate at Nalgonda" in the order passed by this Court on 19.10.2022 in Criminal Petition No.6964 of 2017.

For the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit, the same is corrected now.

Registry is directed to replace paragraph Nos.1 and 9 of the order as follows:

"1. This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.1824 of 2021 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate cum Junior Civil

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 in C.C.No.1824 of 2021 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate cum Junior Civil Judge at Choutuppal, Bhuvanagiri-Yadadri District (earlier case pending as C.C.No.370 of 2016 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate at Nalgonda) are hereby quashed."

Registry is directed to issue corrected copy of the order forthwith.

Accordingly, I.A is ordered.
