THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 3945 of 2013 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in issuing title deeds, though pattadar passbooks were issued in favour of the petitioners in respect of lands in a total extent Ac.29-04 guntas in various survey numbers of Bhavanipet village, Machareddy mandal, Nizamabad district.

2. Sri Vijay B. Paropkari, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed a letter dated 21.04.2015 to the Registry, seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition.

3. At the hearing, the learned counsel submits that the petitioners have filed certain papers before the respondent authorities and the same are being processed. Hence, the learned counsel, while seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition, also prays for liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court in case the petitioners have any further grievance in the matter.

4. In view of the submission made by the petitioners' counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In the event the petitioners have any further grievance, they are at liberty to approach this Court. No order as to costs.
