HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.38735 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to PRC No.52 of 2016 on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Anantapuramu, and quash the same.

Heard and perused the material available on record. After perusing the record, when this Court expresses its opinion that this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioners, learned counsel for the petitioners confined his arguments and requested to dispense with the presence of the petitioners. Hence, in view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the presence of the petitioners is dispensed with before the Court concerned, except on the date when the case is committed and thereafter, as and when their presence is required by the Court concerned.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
