This petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused No.1, under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.272 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Shankerpalli Police Station, Cyberabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a petition under Section 167(2) Cr.P.C. before the trial Court.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
