Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

Petitioner's Fair Price Shop dealership license bearing No.0716003 (3) of Devarampadu Village, Peddanemalipuri Post, Rajupalem Mandal, Guntur District, was suspended by order dated 22.03.2018.

This Court, by order dated 12.04.2018, while granting interim direction as prayed for, granted liberty to the respondents to complete the enquiry and pass final order. 4.

According to learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, final orders cancelling the authorization of the petitioner were passed on 26.07.2018;

aggrieved thereby, petitioner filed W.P.No.29116 of 2018; this Court granted interim stay in the said Writ Petition and by virtue of interim order, petitioner is continuing the FPS dealership.

In view of the subsequent developments, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
