HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26723 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the case of the 1st petitioner for compassionate appointment consequent to death of her husband. Sri T.Sudhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent submits that the 2nd respondents has already passed orders rejecting the application of the 1st petitioner for compassionate appointment, as such, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to challenge the said rejection proceedings.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection proceedings. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
