ORDER

This writ petition is filed questioning the suspension order dated 7.10.2016.

While admitting the writ petition on 2.11.2016, this Court in W.P.M.P.No.46125 of 2016 granted interim suspension of the impugned order dated 7.10.2016.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the respondents have revoked the suspension order and hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
