O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 5th respondent - Station House Officer, Police Station Gachibowli, Cyberabad, is interfering with the civil dispute between her and the private respondents 6 to 8, and also with her possession over the subject property, without following the due process of law. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Gachibowli Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate dated 17.07.2019. In the said written instructions, the allegations of the petitioner are denied and it is stated that Cr.No.360 of 2019 under Sections 427, 447, 506 IPC was registered against the petitioner and others on the file of Police Station, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, and when the notice under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C.

were sought to be served, petitioner refused to receive the same and filed the present writ petition. It is stated that petitioner filed complaint on 08.07.2019 against one G.Paulu and others and based on the said complaint, G.D. entry was made and on enquiry, it is found that the matter is of civil in nature, and the same was closed , by serving a copy on the petitioner. Recording the statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
