Common Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.655 of 2015 arises out of Order, dated 02-07-2015, in IA.No.26 of 2015 in OS.No.3 of 2015, on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Warangal, whereby she has dismissed the said IA filed for injunction restraining the respondents from altering the nature of the suit schedule property.

CMAMP.No.1408 of 2015 is filed for an ad

interim injunction restraining the respondents from altering the nature of the suit schedule property, pending disposal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. After arguing the case, Mr.P.Vishnuvardhan Reddy, learned Counsel for the appellant/petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal along with CMAMP.No.1408 of 2015.

The request of the learned Counsel for the appellant/petitioner is accepted and Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.655 of 2015 as well as CMAMP.No.1408 of are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
