Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter dated 19.04.2016 to the Registry stating that his clients instructed him to withdraw the writ petition. Learned counsel further seeks liberty to his clients to file a fresh writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
