THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No.1192 of 2015 ORDER:

This Court disposed of Writ Petition No.15056 of 2015 on 08.06.2015 filed against the order suspending the authorization of petitioner's fair price shop by allowing the same, but however, giving liberty to the third respondent to conduct enquiry into the allegations levelled against the petitioner.

This contempt case is filed alleging non-supply of stock in spite of order dated 08.06.2015 in W.P.No.15056 of 2015. Now, a counter affidavit is filed stating that the petitioner produced a demand draft on 18.06.2015 for Rs.11,805/- and the essential commodities were allocated to the petitioner from July, 2015 onwards. In view of the same, there is no substance in the contempt case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed.
