HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No.2241 OF 2017 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal' hereafter) passed interim order, dated 04.06.2014, which reads as under:

"Pending disposal of the O.A., the Respondents are directed to consider the representation dated 19.4.2014 of the applicant and the proposal sent by the District Collector Vide D.O.Lr.No.Collr/RR/Spl./2014, dated 05.05.2014 and pass appropriate orders before expiry of the post of Divisional Panchayat Officer(Elections), i.e., 12.6.2014, as per rules." 2.

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order passed by the Tribunal on 04.06.2014, the respondent authorities had promoted the petitioner and submits that no further orders are required in this writ petition(TR). Learned Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for the respondents has fairly acceded to the same.

Recording the above submission of the counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition (TR) is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
