Heard Mr.Hemendranath Reddy for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment. The petitioner calls in question the rejection endorsement dated 21.02.2018 in the instant writ petition. Though a few submissions on the illegal exercise of jurisdiction by 4th respondent are canvassed, this court is persuaded by the objection raised by the Assistant Government Pleader that the petitioner has effective remedy under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908 and the petitioner can be relegated to the remedy of appeal. The statement is placed on record and accepted. The petitioner is given four weeks time from today to file appeal.
The petitioner, if files appeal, as permitted by this Court, the 3rd respondent c onsiders and disposes of the appeal in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of filing of appeal.
