HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.938 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court, the cases of the petitioners were considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 04.12.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has not disputed the submission made by the learned Government Pleader. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the rejection order dated 04.12.2019, they are at liberty to challenge the same.
