THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.405 of 2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 10.03.2016 in I.A.No.30 of 2016 in F.C.O.P.No.529 of 2015 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, Secunderabad. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
